This website and the customer portal run on Cloudflare; the website uses no cookies and no tracking and only uses JavaScript for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form and when showing our email address. Details about Cloudflare are in our privacy policy.
Backups
We back up websites, mailboxes and the Sovereign Cloud automatically every day. For particularly important websites, the Full Service add-on provides several backups a day.
For cloud servers, you decide: you add automatic backups when you order in the customer portal. You can see the price on the cloud servers page.

Encryption and access protection

Encrypted connections
The website and the customer portal transmit all data encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Browsers are instructed to use encrypted connections only (HSTS).

Protected customer portal
We store passwords only as salted hashes. You can only log in once your email address is confirmed; repeated login attempts are limited, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-up, login and ordering against automated requests.

Payment via Stripe
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card or account details.
Data protection
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. It only loads JavaScript for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form and when showing our email address. It does not embed any other third-party content; we even serve the font ourselves.
