How ordering works
Order and customer account in one step: you do not need an account beforehand.
- Choose a planClick “Order now”. You land on the order page in our customer portal.
- Create a customer accountYour name, email address and a password are all you need. Already a customer? Then simply log in.
- PayPayment is handled by Stripe. There you enter your billing address and payment method.
- Confirm your emailConfirm your address using the link in our email. We set up hosting, the Sovereign Cloud and add-ons within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Every hosting plan can be connected to a domain. If you have not registered a domain yet, we can do that for you. “.de” domains are free for the first year.
